Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us, and a full refund will be executed after your contact and confirmation. REFUNDS

All refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date with a full detailed reason for the request. Once the customer confirms their will to cancel their account and get a refund, their account will be closed permanently.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

- Refunds are only available for the first purchase or the first renewal of the subscription. Subsequent renewals or upgrades are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

- Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable.
- Custom services or additional features added to the basic subscription plan are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESS

To get a refund, please contact our customer service at contact@gomy.store and include your account details. Our team will reach back with further steps to arrange the refund and account termination. Once your request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@gomy.store.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
